Rare vintage Certina DS automatic dive watch with excellent original dial. The case is solid stainless steel with a screw-down back and screw-down crown. The outside of the case-back has the famous turtle logo. The inside of the case-back is signed, "CERTINA SWISS ACIER INOXYDABLE SWISS PATENT 346.625". The bezel turns freely in both directions with little resistance. The case measures 36.5 mm across not including the crown and 45.1 mm in total length. The plastic crystal is in good condition with some small scratches visible. The original dial has a matte finish and appears very dark brown or faded black. It is in excellent condition - see photos. The high-grade Swiss automatic movement is in full working order. The movement appears extra bright and clean. It is signed, "CERTINA 27 JEWELS SWISS PAT 25.651".
