Beautiful and unusual Seiko panda dial, reference: 6138 - 8020 automatic chronograph men wristwatch made in the 1970s, exactly on January 1975. This watch is in very good condition, beautiful. All pictures are fully original, never retouched as part of a better description process.
FUNCTIONS: Hour, minutes, 30/60 minute recorder, 12 hour recorder, 1/5 seconds divisions, water resistant (Not guaranteed. This is a vintage watch).
DIAL: Authentic Seiko PANDA reference 6138 - 8020 chronograph dial. This dial is authentic, 100% original, never refinished, repainted, retouched or replaced. Nice matte white dial with matte black subsidiary dials at 12 for 12 hour recorder, and at 6 for 30/60 minute recorder. New, replaced right Seiko Panda rEf 6138 - 8020 hands. Black baton hands for hour and minutes. These hands are with original luminous material in glow working. Dial is: "SEIKO" (made of metal), "Chronograph", "Automatic", "Japan 6138", "-8040T" marked. 1/5 seconds divisions on outer dial. Plexiglass in excellent condition.
CASE: Authentic and original Seiko PANDA reference 6138 - 8020 case, it is a tonneau shaped case made of fine and solid stainless steel. Hermetic screwed back case made of fine and solid stainless steel too. On external side it is "SEIKO", "Water resistant", "510569" (serial number), "Japan A", Suwa symbol figure, "Stainless steel", "6138 - 8020" marked. Case measures: 40,40 x 38,87 mm without crown. Lug to lug: 45,86 mm. Original pushers, original crown. Unpolished case.
MOVEMENT: Authentic and original Seiko PANDA reference 6138 - 8020 chronograph movement, it is a mechanical movement with an automatic winding system. Movement is "SEIKO", "Twenty-one 21 jewels", "6138B" (movement caliber) marked.
